She has worked for several of the largest DC developers in the world including Digital Realty, NTT and Compass as a Vice President. She also sat on the buy side for Oracle focusing on new and existing public region growth in EMEA. As Co-Chair of the Americas for iMWomen she is passionate about driving more opportunity in our industry. Rhea is currently Co-Founder and CCO of E3, an innovative master development firm specializing in power self-generation for data centers and sustainable economic growth to communities.
