Philipp Merk is founder and Chief Product Officer at the personalized nutrition and health company LOEWI, a scientific spin-off of Technical University Munich.
He leads LOEWI´s data-science and R&D team and is responsible for the development of LOEWI’s science-driven recommendation engine – the heart of LOEWI´s operating system for personalized health and nutrition.
He is also part of the task force for digital health of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and guest lecturing on Innovation in Digital Health & Nutrition.

Catia joined recently DSM Personalized Nutrition commercial team, as the new Business Head Personalized Nutrition - for Europe Middle East and Africa.
Catia has previous experience in various Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Venturing and Innovation roles at different FMCG’s. She spend the last years at Nestle where she has Global Head of New Business and Digital Platforms based in NY, San Francisco and Singapore. In her recent roles, she lead commercial the launch and expansion of several new businesses in F&B, digital health and Personalized Nutrition. She shaped digital health strategies and set up impactful partnerships with nutrition startups, large technology companies and digital platforms. She has a Post-Graduation in Digital Business from Columbia Business School, NYC.

Santiago Navarro
Santiago Navarro is a serial entrepreneur with previous startup experience in the wine industry. His first start-up in 2011, Vinopic Wines, was an online retailer which was the first to use science to judge and score wines for their intrinsic quality. Following this, he went on to co-found Nightly.travel, the world's only hotel booking site to split a traveller’s stay across two hotels to enable them to save as much as 70%. Santiago’s now focused on Garçon Wines, as CEO and co-founder, innovating the 35 billion bottles used annually in wine and aiming to make flat, sustainable bottles the dominant primary packaging in wine.
