Maghsoodnia is an angel investor and has been an Entrepreneur in Residence at Trinity Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures. Maghsoodnia is Executive Chairman of SpineZone and Director of Bouju. Maghsoodnia has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley, and has done graduate level studies in computer science at Stanford University.
