Nisha Phatak is Cofounder and COO of Lion Pose, a clinical skincare company focused on treatments for hyperpigmentation, and headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Lion Pose sells their products in Sephora stores nationwide, and has been featured in Allure, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Elle, Essence, Real Simple, and more. Prior to Lion Pose, Nisha acted as interim COO at Great Jones cookware, and was VP of Operations and employee #1 at Huggable, an online infant formula company. Before focusing on consumer products, Nisha led major strategic partnerships at Indiegogo and Box, and was an equity research analyst covering consumer technology and ecommerce. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University, and participated in the Y Combinator and Sephora Accelerate startup incubator programs.

Jill Scalamandre is an experienced CPG executive whose leadership spans across brands, markets, channels and technologies. With a reputation as a forward-thinking brand builder, she has created brands from scratch, turned around struggling established brands, launched new markets, acquired and divested assets and led technology driven teams to re-imagine traditional market approaches.
Prior to joining Beekman 1802, she acted as Global President of Shiseido Americas, where she led the global turnaround of $300M bareMinerals while also incubating the socially driven Buxom Cosmetics. Her experience as President of Shiseido Group’s Global Makeup Center of Excellence (MCoE) gave her the opportunity to fuel growth across all of the company’s color brands, while acquiring and integrating augmented realty and personalization technology.
Throughout her career, she has advised private equity firms on various portfolio opportunities. Ms. Scalamandre helped build and oversee the successful sale of Frederic Fekkai hair care and salons to Proctor & Gamble, amongst other acquisitions and turnarounds.
She is currently Chairwoman of Cosmetics Executive Woman (CEW), an international organization of 10,000 individual members representing a cross section of beauty and related businesses.
Jill lives in New York City with her husband where she loves the stimulation of the arts, fashion, and literature.

Michelle L. LeBlanc is the Vice President of Merchandising for Beauty & Personal Care at CVS Health where she is responsible for the Cosmetics, Skin Care, Fragrance, Hair Care and Personal Care businesses, as well as Beauty Experience and Services.
She is a purpose-led leader who is confident, creative, and dynamic with a proven record for delivering results (while having fun along the way). Michelle is naturally curious with a hunger for insights, bias for action, and relentless desire to have meaningful impact on the people and the business.
Michelle has been with CVS Health for nearly 20 years and has held various leadership roles within the company. Most recently, Michelle led the Front Store Strategy & Transformation for CVS Health. As an instrumental member of the Front Store leadership team, Michelle was responsible for driving key initiatives and Front Store growth through deep understanding of performance drivers. Michelle’s greatest passion throughout her career has been serving as a leader of leaders – building and motivating highly engaged and high performing teams.
Michelle has a BS in Marketing from George Mason University and an MBA from Providence College.
Outside of work, Michelle is busy raising three boys with her wife Jennifer. Her goal is that they lead with kindness and do their best everyday– words she lives by.
