Jon is responsible for the vision, strategy and deployment of Operational Excellence functions throughout First United Bank, and supporting and developing culture of the organization through integrated frameworks of Human Centered Design, Digital, Lean Six Sigma & BPM, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Automation, Project Management and effective R&R programs. He drives the Customer Experience evolution to deliver compelling and competitive customer interactions.

Mare Glenn
Mare Glenn has over thirty years of experience leading and managing the execution of high-level programs, projects and initiatives. She spent ten years in IT managing the delivery of enterprise software systems across the organization and has twenty years in the business in Finance and Shared Services. She has worked extensively around the globe in a variety of functions, supporting business partners primarily in Commercial and Commercial Finance and is presently leading the Robotics Process Automation COE at McCormick & Co., Inc. She is also a member of the CEB Robotics Cohort and is an RPA SME within the Robotics group at Peeriosity, and is certified as a UiPath Basic Developer.
Outside of the office, her passion for music runs deep, she loves to travel, is a professional photographer, enjoys skydiving, and manages a progressive rock band from California.
