In 2018, He found the company called ¡°TsingMicro¡± with the mission to enable the ¡°THINKER¡± in any edge devices. Dr. Ouyang has published more than 55 journal and conference papers., including top journals like JSSC/TC/TCAD/TCAS-I and top conference like DAC/VLSI/CICC/DATE.
