Daphné DEROUANE is a qualified European Patent Attorney and holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from UCLouvain in Belgium. She has over 25 years of experience as in-house patent counsel in industry. Currently, she serves as Associate General Patent Counsel at UCB Biopharma in Belgium, where she leads the IP support for the Research Organization.
Her expertise encompasses defining the overall IP strategy of UCB’s early-stage assets and technologies, patent drafting & prosecution, providing freedom-to-operate opinions, and the negotiation of a variety of agreements. She also closely monitors external IP developments which are relevant to the pharmaceutical industry to ensure the UCB IP strategies remain fit-for-purpose.

Jennifer Dupee has served as a senior leader at CMS for more than a decade and was recently appointed Deputy Director of the Center for Program Integrity (CPI), a role in which she leads CPI’s mission to crush fraud, waste, and abuse across Medicare, Medicaid and the Marketplace. Under Jennifer's leadership, CPI will continue fundamentally transforming how CMS fights fraud. Moving beyond traditional, reactive pay-and-chase models, CPI is executing an offensive, prevention-first strategy that uses advanced data analytics, risk-based targeting, and rapid operational action to stop fraud earlier, at greater scale, and with greater financial impact.

Keith Sarbaugh is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company and a member of the Fortune 500.
In this role, Mr. Sarbaugh is responsible for the company’s technology, AI and digital, and cybersecurity strategy, while also overseeing the global customer experience function.
Mr. Sarbaugh joined Zoetis in March 2023 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he led the business partnering teams, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and operations.
Prior to joining Zoetis, Mr. Sarbaugh was Vice President, Information Technology at Biogen, where he oversaw global infrastructure, IT operations, and enterprise architecture. With nearly 25 years of experience in technology, digital and data, he has held various leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Head of IT Infrastructure and Enabling Functions and Regional Chief Information Officer for Lilly’s U.S. Commercial, Southeastern and Central Eastern European businesses.
